Meet our Founder & Principal Trainer
With an inclusive and caring style, Amanda (our principal trainer) is able to facilitate growth and learning in a safe and non-judgemental environment. A meditation and mindfulness practitioner with over 30 years experience, she is also an international yoga teacher. Amanda still believes she has much to learn, particularly from those who are just beginning their journey. She continues to study, updating and furthering her knowledge and sharing her learning with her students.
Amanda is an author and can sometimes be found in the pages of OM Yoga Magazine.
She has extensive experience in growing and managing teams and providing in house training & teaching. Her experience spans many industries and includes working in a global corporate environment in several countries. She elegantly combines her corporate background with her work in complementary medicine and eastern philosophy, creating a truly unique learning experience.
Amanda has studied western psychology, NLP, CBT, eastern philosophy, various styles of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She has also spent time working in the treatment rooms of professional sport working with international sports professionals.
Viv Morley – Lead Trainer Childrens Yoga
Viv is the lead trainer on our Childrens Yoga Teacher Training courses. As a primary school teacher of nearly 20 years, she has a wealth of teaching experience and knowledge. Encouraging and precise, she is a hugely conscientious teacher. She brings a supportive and caring approach to her classes, making them inclusive, but also challenging.
“I wanted to combine my love of yoga and passion for children’s well-being and this influenced me to train as a children’s yoga teacher.” She has subsequently undertaken her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and teaches to both children and adults.
In addition to leading the Childrens YTT, she can also be found supporting others on their teaching journey on the 200hr teacher training courses.

Emergency First Aid Training
Our first aid training is provided by The Cotswold Academy. They are an experienced training provider, providing a range of complementary therapy courses.
We believe experiencing many styles of yoga is beneficial to our personal practice and our development as yoga teachers. Because of this we invite guest teachers to join our trainings and share a class with us so that you can experience their style of yoga teaching.
